Sent Money, why has my account not been updated? |

Please keep in mind that when sending
money to MK payments take from 1-3 working days for us to receive and clear.
Once we receive your money we will credit your account and being to process any
pending orders (if any).

been 3 days and my account still has not been credited, why? |

If we have received your money and not
credit your account this is because, you have not stated your Order Number /
Email on the payment. Please ensure when sending money to us tell your bank to
include your MK email address or order number as a reference so we can link the
payment to your account. If you have forgot to include this information please
email/fax us a copy of the bank receipt so we can credit your account.

How
can I avoid bank fees? |
|
The best way to tackle these bank fees
is to send larger sums to our bank and this will be credited in your account
and will be shown in your account balance (My Accounts). This can be credited
to either wholesale, or drop shipping balance. ?
Once you have a credit or balance in your account there are many advantages,
like:
1) Instead of sending money ten times to do ten orders and getting charged bank
fees for ten transfers you will be only be charged one bank fee.?So the
advantage is you save ten times more in bank fees. This can mean a significant
amount depending on how many orders you place.
2) Bank transfers usually take 1-3 working days which means we will have to
wait 1-3 working days before we can clear your payment and begin the processing
of the order. The advantage is if you have a balance already on your account,
we can begin to process your order straight away! This saves a lot of time
hence your customer will be more satisfied.
