do I place a Drop-shipping order? |

To place a drop-shipping order is very
simple, you must first
login to your account, add the product you desire to your cart then
check out and enter your customers' details. For more detailed information on

How
do I know your products will be in stock when I go to order? |
 |
Our inventory is controlled
electronically and is updated daily. In the event that you sell a product that
is not you can still place the order. We will do our up most to fill that
order, this may take up to 7 working days.

How
can I pay for my merchandise? |
 |
Our primary method of receiving payment
is via Bank Transfer. To insure that your orders are shipped out in a timely
manner we suggest that you keep your account in a positive balance.

Is
there a minimum order amount? |

No there is not. You can order a minimum
of 1 product plus, your orders will be processed the same way.

Will
I have access to my order history and customer data? |

Yes, we offer a complete order tracking
system to all members which enables you to track your current and past orders.
Each order status is updated in real time to enable our members to keep track
of every stage of the order process, from order processing through to dispatch
and delivery.

do I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed? |

If the order has yet to be shipped you
may change the order by simply contacting us from your account page. We cannot
accept an order cancellation once the order has been dispatched. If you require
redirection of the package please login into your "My Account". |
