Once you set up your drop shipping
account you can have all packages sent in your company name, so when your
customer receives the package it will have your trading name on the label.

Yes, we can ship internationally (apart
from some high risk countries).

carriers do you use? |
|
We use UPS to send out shipments, we provide all orders with a tracking number so you are able to keep track of your shipment.

much is shipping? |

Please refer to our "Shipping Calculator" (which is located on the product page) to calculate shipping costs to your desired location. (Please note that the shipping cost is indicated in the currency that you set as the "Primary Currency".)

We ship daily apart from Saturdays and
Sunday.

When you
login into your account you can see the status of all your orders in
real time.

I've made payment how long does it take to ship out ? |

You can check your account through the whole progress from ordering to dispatch,
and we instantly update your account to give our customers the latest update on their shipment.

How
long does it take for shipments to arrive to my customers? |
|
Depending on the location and shipment
method chosen, it will take anything from one day to 1 week. We would usually
expect the delivery to arrive within 2-4 working days. We are unable to
guarantee these delivery times as we have no control over our 3rd Party
delivery partners. For more information please see our

How
can I declare my shipments? |
|
You can declare the value of your
shipments on check out also you can select whether the shipment is a Sale, Gift
or Sample, as you are the shipper you are in full control of shipment values.

Are
my shipments covered with insurance? |
|
All shipments via UPS come with standard
insurance, UPS will cover up $100 USD per shipment or the declared value which
ever is lowest. You will also receive the shipping charges back.
We will introduce a full value insurance service soon.

Import
TAX regulations ? |
|
There is no import tax or import
restrictions on our products depending on which country you are in you will
have to pay Value Added Tax or Import Duties at the appropriate rate based on
the declared value of your shipment. You can contact your local customs office
for more information.
